The Black and White Room, By Phenomenal Events is a cost efficient boutique event venue full of character, creativity and has a multifaceted event atmosphere. Nestled in the heart of Griffin, Georgia, the boutique venue is just the right size to host an intimate upscale or casual affair for up to 50 guests.  The venue has an inviting foyer for pre-event greeting of guests and has immediate access to a gender-neutral restroom.  Double French doors open to the almost 1,000sf event room which glows in all white from ceiling to floor to easily coordinate with any color décor and theme.  The event space can be easily transformed into almost any imaginable layout and comes fully equipped (included in rental) with tables, black chiavari chairs, black or white standard linens, sound system, and food warmers to help make your event phenomenal. 

The Black and White Room staff is trained and prepared to facilitate venue tours, answer questions, walk clients through the rental process and professionally oversee your event pre and post rental.  Our clients and their guests are our top priority and it’s our goal to ensure a phenomenal experience for all.  The Black and White Room has full-service packages available, however, our clients and their guests fall in love with the Black and White Room experience because it allows them to make their event customized to include everything that they’ve imagined with flexible options that include bringing in their own vendors, catering and décor if they choose, all at an astounding affordable price starting at $600 for an 8 hour rental.
